Then this package is just right for you, whether by yourself, with a partner or friend: with a dynamic yoga class in the morning or a relaxing yin yoga session in the evening, you can enjoy the rest of the day, relax or explore the island.

Accompanying person(s) can also book accommodation with breakfast only if they do not practise yoga. Prices depend on available room categories and season.
Bring a mat or a large scarf and a small towel (in case you sweat a lot) as well as sunscreen and mosquito spray.
We are equipped with guest yoga mats, blocks, belts, blankets and meditation cushions.
During the Yoga Holidays we recommend that you fully engage with the programme and the effects of all the exercises which also means renouncing or at least limiting smoking and alcohol. The “clearer” you are during the programme the more you get out of it personally, physically and mentally.
The public bus routes are irregular and the rides take a long time, so you will need a vehicle (car or scooter). We are located in a rural area with no infrastructure within walking distance.
The capital Cagliari and the holiday town Villasimius are both around 30 minutes by car.
Our little “house beach” can be reached in less than 15 minutes by foot and is ideal for a refreshing swim. A 30-minute walk through the macchia will take you to the beautiful bay “Baia Azzurra”. There are many fantastic beaches to the east along the coastal road.

Depending on availability all rooms can be booked as single occupancy. Please let us know your request when you make your booking.
Breakfast is vegetarian (vegan options also available) with muesli or porridge, homemade bread, cakes, jams and spreads, seasonal fruit, local cheese and honey, butter, tea, coffee etc. and is served after the morning session.
Our tab water is drinkable (don’t forget to bring a drinking bottle).
Rental car: It is necessary to rent a car (or scooter) for the duration of your stay, as we are in the countryside and there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance, also to explore the most beautiful beaches, hike or visit archaeological sites. A deposit of 30% is payable on booking (by Paypal or bank transfer), the balance on arrival. For cancellations of less than 30 days, the deposit will be retained. You can find detailed information in our T&Cs.
The minimum age for retreat participation is 16 years. Pets are not permitted.
Over 20 years ago, I encountered yoga for the first time—a moment that captivated me instantly. The sense of calm, focus, and inner strength inherent in the practice of yoga left a profound impression on me. A few years later, I decided to deepen my understanding and connection with yoga. In 2010, this journey led me to South India, where I completed my first yoga teacher training at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Meenakshi Ashram in Madurai.
In the years that followed, I expanded my knowledge in areas such as pranayama, philosophy, anatomy, and adjustment. I participated in various teacher trainings, including Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga with Manju P. Jois, and attended numerous retreats, workshops, and advanced trainings. In 2022/23, I broadened my expertise by completing a diploma in Mental and Communication Training, which had a significant impact on my teaching methods and approach. At the beginning of 2024, I added another layer to my practice by becoming a certified Thai Nuad Massage practitioner at the ITM School in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
Since 2011, I have been teaching yoga through group and private sessions, courses, as well as international retreats and workshops. As a Thai Nuad practitioner, I also offer holistic bodywork treatments, supporting my clients on multiple levels of wellbeing and balance.

I guide and support individuals in their processes of development, healing, growth, and transformation. Together, we work towards enhancing mental, emotional, and physical health while fostering serenity and wellbeing.
